We at Avail Press support the We the People foundation's September 18, 2008 federal lawsuit filed in the United States District Court in Albany, New York seeking to halt the execution of the emergency bailout of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) by the United States Government and the Federal Reserve. We believe it is of vital importance that the American people recognize the dangerous precedent being set that enables the Fed and/or Government to nationalize virtually any business or property within the United States without legal authority or congressional approval. We, the people, must stand united against the consolidation of our economic system into government hands.
